With a second frame, I can compare serial numbers. I found a second label, presumably from the factory in Taiwan, which was obscured on the rear triangle from view and painted over a bit on the front.

There’s the SCOR SN, typical number is:
4060Z-ss-22-Myyxxxxx (front triangle)
4060Z-RT-22-Myyxxxxx (rear triangle)

“New” frame SN:
4060Z-MM-22-M24xxxxx (front triangle)
4060Z-RT-22-M24xxxxx (rear triangle)

“Old” frame SN:
4060Z-MM-22-M23xxxxx (front triangle)
4060Z-RT-22-M23xxxxx (rear triangle)

Stands to reason “ss” is the size, “yy” the model/sales year and “xxxxx” unique sequential alphanumeric.

The “factory” label:

“New”
forgot to take a picture (front triangle)
H2309PM60402 22M2-後下叉-2 (rear triangle)

“Old”
H2307PM01630 22M2 前三角-M (front triangle)
H2309PM60272 22M2-後下叉-2 (rear triangle)

前三角 [translate front triangle]

後下叉 [translate rear crossbar]

The factory label doesn’t seem to indicate any difference, like version, other than being a higher sequential number.

The SCOR label indicates model year, but that maybe not be very telling on its own. Unless you had a very early model 2022. That would be the most interesting actually.

22M2, since this eMTB came out around 2022…. maybe the 2 at the end means a version 2. We know they redesigned the bike around 23-24 with a few changes. No 22M3 to indicate a newer frame or update. Unless a rolling production change, which I think in unlikely. I bet they just have a stock of these “newer” frames when they did a production run in 2023-2024.

The charging port cover from FrancisCreation? Yes, but the fit is NOT good. I bought 2 covers and they don't stay in place. You push the cover into the port and it pops open after a second. The cover plug needs to be a larger diameter to fit more snugly.

I messaged the company and their first thought it was maybe an "old" version. Then they offered to possibly redesign/reprint the cover. We'll see...
please..let me know about it!

i wanted to sk them for the CAD file; but if it's not correct..

Well... two rides into my new frame and it's already showing signs of cracking at the rear triangle. The cracks are very small and hard to see unless you really look. However, they've definitely starting to form. I've ridden this frame "easier" than the first, so I don't know.

Sometimes it was just the metalized paint that was Too thick and rigid. And under ,the carbon it was unharmed.
I hope so
In any case, a bad job

Don't be denial, this is just the start. They ALL crack here, maybe just the paint at first. Eventually they crack proper, like mine did on the seat stay and the example purple one I posted.

I guess I can start a countdown... ~ 30 rides left till it fully cracks.

Final update, SCOR approved another warranty replacement frame. However, I pushed back on the dealer [JensonUSA] claiming this was a pattern and its unreasonable to warranty frames every 2 months and all the hassle.

After a bit of back and forth, Jenson offered to refund me and accept return of the bike. The warranty process and communication were frustrating. However, Jenson stood up and did the right thing. They claim on a few customers have had frame warranties and of those only a couple had multiple (including myself).

They are escalating this issue internally and bringing it to SCOR attention as well. They bought the remaining stock of SCORs in the US and have been discounting/selling them. So I imagine they've sold quick a lot... maybe their realizing how big this issue could be. Given, SCOR "covers" the bike for 3-5 years.

Now the question, what to replace it with... Norco Sight VLT, SC Vala, Orbea Wild and Transition Repeater are up there. A DJI/Avinox bike be cool, like the Forbidden Druid, Crestline or Velduro Rogue. Though the long-travel, high-pivot and/or $$$ is kinda of dissuading me.
