While I wait for a replacement/warranty frame set... anyone have issues with the shifter cable housing wearing at the exit of the front triangle? This only has 150 'ish miles and its near down to the steel core.

The edges of the hole are not sharp, but both the shifter housing, brake hose and speed sensor cable do get pulled/pushed and compressed in that area between the front and rear triangles.

wow, i think you never use your bike,,,,,, it is clean like a new one!
you can use a shrt plastic tube , cut it by the lenght and load around the cable

Yes, I've been thinking of "ideas" to prevent this from happening... like additional tubing. I was just curious if others had similar issues. It wore through SO quickly. The cable routing isn't great on this bike.

The bike is very clean, because it only has 10-12 rides (TOTAL) on it, 3 weeks old. The rear triangle broke after 6 rides. It was also washed, just prior to taking the photo because I was doing some maintenance/inspection to it. Now I must cut the frame apart into pieces because my warranty frame has arrived.

Anyone damage or rip the rubber cover on their charge ports? Seems finding a replacement isn't easy.

Those won't work.. the port is "D" shaped and not round.

Another update on my cracked frame...

Finally received the frame set from SCOR through my dealer (took two months)... just in time. Today the rear triangle cracked again, but at the seat stay this time. This crack is jagged and I suspect fully through the carbon lay-up. The first cracks I noticed after 6 rides and now at 33 rides, this new crack (same rear triangle). The original cracks at the front of the rear triangle haven't changed much since I first noticed them.

Here's a catastrophic failure of a rear triangle... you can see the cracks at the front (circled in blue) and the seat stay (circled in pink). The cracks at the front appear to be the first visible failure point AND most commonly seen in pictures posted by owners.

The cracked seat stay appears to take more time to develop and/or higher forces/impacts.

So the cracks in blue are YOUR first sign of inevitable rear triangle failure...

My brother’s Scor 4060Z has taken some really serious hits, but the only issue found on the first version was the poor retention of the linkage pivots, which were later replaced with the new, heavier and more robust ones. And now he has the latest version, the translucent bronze one, and everything seems to be working properly
But is this really possible?
Out of curiosity, how much do you weigh and what kind of trails do you ride? Do you do jumps like 20-meter road gaps?

I've only broken one rear triangle, the first cracks appeared after 6 rides and I continued riding the bike while the warranty was being processed. After two months of riding with those cracks, the seat then remained cracked... which was expected.

I weigh 88 kg with all my riding gear and ride a size medium frame. Trails are mostly rocky, rooty, technical and punchy up/down. We don't have big mountains or very long descents nearby, would have to travel to a bike park or trail centers 2+ hours away.

I do more drops and rollers, than jumps... besides small jumps like 1.0 - 1.5 m (distance) you see occasionally on trails. The biggest local jumps are 3.0 - 4.5 m and I never got a chance to ride them on the SCOR.

Now drops, I hit a LOT because our local trail is a mini-freeride/BC 'ish zone. The original builders opened up many natural drops, from 1.0 - 7.5 m in height and some smoother in transition than others. I've been typically hitting the 1.0 - 3.5 m drops on my main enduro bike, a Pivot Firebird. Though I've also regularly hit the 1.0 - 2.0 m drops on my other bikes too, Yeti SB120, RM Blizzard (fat bike, Yeti SB115, IBIS Ripley.

On the SCOR, I only hit the 1.0 - 2.0 m drops.... I'm talking 8-10 drops across two rides. When I noticed the first cracks, it wasn't on a ride with drops or jumps. Once I saw the cracks and started doing research online, I stopped doing the bigger drops (1.5 - 2.0 m) mostly. Maybe I did the 1.5 m drop a few more times over the two months.

I've NOT ridden this SCOR any harder than any other trail bike I have... I ride my enduro bike (Firebird) way harder and this SCOR should handle the "abuse" just the same as any 170/160 mm bike. Honestly, I've subjected my SB120 to much more of the 1.0 - 2.0 drops over two years and not a single problem.

We also have a bunch of rollers of varying sizes and steepness.

This is what we ride, though some of the drops shown (#1, 2, 5, 7, 8 & 9 ) are the bigger ones I have not hit on the SCOR.

We describe drops by their vertical drop (take-off knuckle to top of landing transition), not the hypotenuse and not the "gap" or horizontal distance.

The last drop on the video is ~ 4 m. The first drop is 1.5 m.

I agree, this is exactly what an enduro bike SHOULD be capable of and every other bike I'd ridden is.

Yes, SCOR classifies the 4060z at ASTM 4. Its a joke. The 6080z is also rated ASTM 4, but yet they market it as:

".... downhill bike with a built-in shuttle. It transforms every mountain into a bike park, so you can play the mountains harder and for longer."

You keep bringing up that SCOR is ASTM 4... what are you trying to say? That SCOR believes this bike can only handle 1.2m drops? ASTM 5 has no specified drop limit, it goes from 1.2 m in ASTM 4 to no limit in ASTM 5. Does that make sense?

The ASTM seems a bit arbitrary... but they also use trail rating symbols. So ASTM 4 is like a single black diamond, you would only hit a 1.2m drop or jump on a single black?

It seems like some OLD rating, that doesn't reflect today's bikes, trails and how people really ride greens, blue, blacks and double black or reds.

If a company is making a 170/160 ENDURO bike that couldn't handle 2-3m drops or jumps, they should be ashamed and out of business.

DH or freeride bikes are what folks at tour de gnar, hardline, rampage and DH races are smashing out laps. yes, sometimes they break... but we are not doing anything remotely close to that. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are even enduro bikes.

Yes, I messaged them and for a replacement bash guard which has been smashed on its 3rd ride.... ugh, this bike is going to have a hard life. Wish there was an aluminum/steel bash guard available in the aftermarket. Not sure this newer rubber/plastic bash guard is better as the rubber seems to "grip" when impacted. Slow-speed log-over and the side of the motor guard broke.

The charging port cover from FrancisCreation? Yes, but the fit is NOT good. I bought 2 covers and they don't stay in place. You push the cover into the port and it pops open after a second. The cover plug needs to be a larger diameter to fit more snugly.

I messaged the company and their first thought it was maybe an "old" version. Then they offered to possibly redesign/reprint the cover. We'll see...
